Welcome:
Designing and creating jewelry is my hobby and although I may be fairly new to this business I strive to create the best possible designs. All of my jewelry is handmade and crafted by me personally. To me this is more than just a business it is a passion that I am fortunate enough to share with everyone.
Payment:
I prefer payment via PayPal because it is the easiest transfer payment available on the site.
Shipping:
Items will be shipped within two to three business days of receiving your payment receipt. Expect your order to arrive in a standard mail package; the item will be placed in a small zip-bag, with my business card, and care-tip information.
Express mail upon request. (Extra charges apply)
Shipping charges within the U.S. are around $4.00.
Outside the U.S. expect shipping to be around $10.00.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can receive a full refund when returning the item within 5 days. After 5 days only half of the original payment will be refunded. You will be responsible for postage for return items.
Jewelry may be exchanged for other designs, but you will also be responsible for postage on any returning orders.
